The petitioner has approached this Court against a 'show cause notice' dated 18/11/2014. Perusal of reply shows that punishment as proposed is still to be finalized and matter is forwarded to the competent authority.

In this situation, we find the proceedings premature. Accordingly, same are disposed of.

Counsel charges is fixed at Rs.1,500/-. 50% of the Counsel charges shall be recovered by respondents from wages payable to petitioner and made over to High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
