Considering the fact that the appellant is in possession of the suit property since the date of execution of agreement of sale and is also protected by this Court by means of ad-interim stay, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned decree dated 25th March 2013 passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, J.D. Nagpur in RCS No.594/2012 during pendency of the Appeal.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
