On 7.3.2019, while granting ad interim anticipatory bail, detailed reasons were recorded. Nothing more is pointed out.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V.P.Gangane for the State strongly objects the present application.

Sau.Anusayabai Rathod lodged her report. She is wife of Meghraj. She in her report alleged that her husband was kidnapped. Her husband returned to house after 3 days.

Offence under Section 365 is punishable to the extent of 7 years imprisonment and the same is triable by learned Magistrate. Nothing is to be recovered from the .....2/-
aba145.19 13 applicant. Chargesheet is already filed. Hence, ad interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 7.3.2019 stands confirmed.

Since chargesheet is already filed before the Trial Court, the applicant need not to attend Police Station. 7.
The criminal application stands disposed of accordingly.
