Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Application for transfer of both the proceedings vide M.C.A. No. 78 of 2023 and in that view of the matter he wanted to pursue that proceedings. He is therefore, praying for withdrawal of the present Writ Petition. For the reasons stated above, the permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition is granted. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

All the points are kept open.
