As per the order passed by this court on 20/02/2015, respondent no.1 was permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the court and remaining 50% amount was directed to be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank initially for the period of three years and to be renewed every year till the decision of the appeal. No fresh cause is made out as such for withdrawal of the remaining amount.

In view thereof, application stands disposed of and dismissed at this stage.
