This is an application filed by the applicant/appellant - Insurance Company for permission to deposit the decreetal amount and for extension of time for the same.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer made. Time to deposit the cheque of the decreetal amount, is extended by the period of two weeks from today.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 370 OF 2022 The learned Counsel for the appellant has made a statement that the amount is ready and will be deposited within a period of two weeks from today.
