Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

On 28 March 2022, the following order was passed : "Mr. S.R. Agrawal, the learned counsel appears on behalf of Respondent No.2 and seeks time.

Stand over to 4 April 2022.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 states that the Petitioner can meet Ms. Vasudha Gupta, Manager, Lanjewar

50-wp-1086-2022.odt (Consumer Experience) of Airtel Payments Bank Pvt. Ltd., in person or through video conferencing, so that Petitioner's grievance can be understood and resolved. If there is any difficulty in resolving the issue on law and fact, reply-affidavit to be filed."

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No.2 states that the meeting through video conferencing took place and the Petitioner's name has been removed from the black-list. Therefore, this grievance of the Petitioner is satisfied. 4.

So far as the grievance of the Petitioner regarding extra deduction from the account is concerned, it is not possible for us to adjudicate upon this grievance in writ jurisdiction, as various disputed questions of fact would arise.

In light of the fact that the black-listing of the Petitioner has been recalled, we do not intend to take the Writ Petition any further. 6.

So far as the contention of the Petitioner regarding extra deduction and reconciliation of accounts are concerned, it is open to the Petitioner to adopt such remedies as may be available in law. 7.
