14th June, 2016 This is an application for permission to withdraw the maintenance amount deposited by the writ petitioner before this Court.

The application is filed by the wife. The amount so deposited by the Writ Petitioner is by way of maintenance. The learned counsel for the wife, who has moved the application, is absent. However, learned counsel Shri A.K. Neware, who appears on behalf of the Writ Petitioner-husband, submits that he has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Application No. 41 of 2016 is allowed. Wife is permitted to withdraw

the maintenance amount of Rs.40,000-00 [rupees forty thousand only] deposited by the writ petitioner before this Court.

Application is disposed of.
