Since these applicants are running one of the study centers under of Rashtrabhasha Prachar Samiti Gyan Mandal, Wardha, it is not disputed that they are identically situated with the applicants in Criminal Application [ABA] No.153/2018, who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 6th April, 2018. Therefore, I am of the view that these applicants also deserve to be treated equally by giving them benefit of principle of parity.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants by this Court on 08/03/2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the clarification that the applicants need not to attend the police station now and only attend the police station as they are called to do so by the Investigating OfÏcer.

The application is disposed of.
