This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that five years old girl was subjected for forceful sexual assault by the present applicant and the statement of the victim and the medical certificate sufficiently shows the involvement of the present applicant. Therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per rule.
