DATED : APRIL 16, 2016.

Heard Shri Ashish Kadukar, advocate for the applicant and Shri N.B.Jawade, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant apprehends arrest in crime registered against her and another accused for the offence punishable under Sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusations against the applicant are that coaccused Siddharth and the applicant were continuously calling deceased Pooja and harassing her.

Co-accused Siddharth is granted pre-arrest bail by this Court, by order dated 11th March, 2016. The applicant is also granted interim protection by this Court by order dated 18th March, 2016. It is not the case of the non-applicant that the applicant has misused the liberty. The non-applicant has not been able to show that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation.

2 aba156.16 Considering the facts that the applicant is a female and student, in my view, she is entitled for pre-arrest bail.

Hence, the following order :

In the event of arrest in Crime No. 205 of 2015, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand and one solvent surety in the like amount.

The application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE RRaut..
