DATE :- 10th MARCH, 2023 The petitioner who has been appointed as 'Shikshan Sevak' with Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal on 19.01.2009 has challenged issuance of charge-sheet dated 24.02.2023 which was preceded by show cause notice dated 17.02.2023. The principal ground of challenge raised by the petitioner is on the aspect of delay in commencing the enquiry proceedings inasmuch as the disability certificates submitted by the petitioner for securing employment are now sought to be treated as not genuine and tampered.

At this stage, since only a charge-sheet has been issued to the petitioner, she is free to respond to the same and raise all permissible grounds including the ground of delay. We are not inclined to interfere at this stage of the proceedings.

Keeping all the points raised open, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
