During hearing it appears that whatever errors then felt by the petitioner, are now no longer existing. Respondents have a proper policy and accordingly the medicines are being purchased. Violation thereof can be looked into separately and not as a part of this Public Interest Litigation. Hence, keeping all contentions open, we dispose of the Public Interest Litigation. No costs.
