DATED : 17/03/2023 Present application is for seeking permission to withdraw the remaining balance amount and release the share of respondent No.2 in favour of the respondent No.1.

The matter is already settled in Lok-Adalat.

In view of settlement, respondent Insurance Company has deposited the amount of compensation. However, respondent No.2 reported to be dead, who was the daughter of deceased Manoj Pandey.

In view of that her share is to be disbursed to the respondent No.1/mother. The amount of compensation be disbursed accordingly to all the claimants.

Civil Application is disposed of.
