By this application, the applicants have sought restoration of the appeal after condoning the delay of 26 days in filing restoration application.

Learned counsel for the applicants undertakes that paper-book will be filed within a period of one week. 4.
In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in delay condonation application and restoration application, applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be restored. 5.
It is made clear that in the event, applicants fail to file the paper-book within a period of one week, the appeal shall stand dismissed.
