The issue in the present petition pertains to difference of monetary benefits out of superannuation and today across the bar the learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Municipal Council, Tumsar handed over cheque of unpaid amount of Rs.1,83,121/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Three Thousand One Hundred Twenty One) handed over to the petitioner. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. Hence, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
