On 26.06.2023 considering the casual approach of the learned counsel for the petitioner in filing the writ petition, the costs of Rupees Five Thousand was imposed and time to file the issues on record was granted till today. The order further says that the amount of costs of Rupees Five Thousand shall be paid within two weeks and failure to deposit the costs, the petition shall stand dismissed. From the office note it appears that the petitioner has not deposited the costs.

Today when the matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Thus, in the light of order dated 26.6.2023, as failure of the petitioner to deposit the costs within two weeks, the petition stands dismissed.
