or directions and Registrar's orders.

CORAM : A. S. CHANDURKAR AND ANIL L. PANSARE JJ. DATE : March 17, 2023 The applicant seeks review of the order dated 15/12/2022 on the ground that after the applicant was served in the writ petition, Vakalatnama was filed on 12/12/2022. However, the name of the learned counsel representing the applicant was not shown in the cause-list. On that count there is delay of two days in filing review application. In the review application it is stated that in view of the fact that there were various complaints that were pending against the non-applicant No.1, it was not entitled to grant of ID password. For that reason the representation of applicant No.1 could not be decided.

The order dated 15/12/2022 is clear and it merely

1-CAO-375-23.odt 2/2 requires the applicant to decide the representation dated 31/10/2022. It has been further clearly observed that only if there is no legal impediment, necessary ID password should be issued. In other words, the discretion to take an appropriate decision on the representation is reserved with the applicant. There was no specific direction issued that in any case the ID password should be issued to the non-applicant No.1. For this reason, there is no reason to review the order. Since the time for deciding the representation has now expired, it is directed that the same be decided within a period of fifteen days from today.

Subject to aforesaid, the applications are disposed of. (Anil L. Pansare, J.) (A. S. Chandurkar, J.) Asmita ADWAIT BHANDAKKAR 11:29:32
