This is an application seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 02.09.2021, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur, in MACP No.44/2008.

Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant/applicant prays for a stay and submits that the entire amount of Rs.6,16,000/- along with interest @ 7.5% will be deposited in this Court within eight weeks.
