DATED : 28/01/2021 By this application, the applicant/appellant has sought to condone the delay of 73 days in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 24.09.2018 passed by Claims Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No. 61 of 2016. 2.
In view of reasons stated in the application, which is in my considered view, constitute sufficient grounds to condone the delay, the delay is condoned. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
