After the matter was argued for sometime, when we expressed that we are not inclined to show any indulgence, the learned Advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal application, with liberty to move appropriate proceedings before appropriate Forum, in case charge-sheet is filed against the applicants.

The Criminal application is dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
