This is an application for withdrawal of balance amount of 25 % of the total amount deposited in this Court. The appeal stands dismissed. In view of this, the application is allowed.

3. Respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation lying deposited in this Court with accrued interest. The amount be deposited directly in the saving account of the respondent No.1, the details of which has been provided in the prayer clause.
