It is submitted that the directions given by this Court in paragraph 7 of the judgment passed on 0508-2015 regarding filing of undertaking before this Court within four weeks has been intimated to the petitioner. As the petitioner has not filed the undertaking within four weeks as directed by the Court, the protection granted by this Court till 31-12-2015 will not continue from today onwards.
