Heard Mr. Dawda, learned counsel for the applicant.

Though the non-applicant is served, none appears. Considering that the applicant is permanent resident of Nagpur, and it would be difficult for her to travel to Jalna which is a distance of 450 Kms, the Petition No. A.33/2022, pending before the Family Court, Jalna, is hereby transferred to the Family Court, Nagpur.

The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Nagpur on 19.9.2022. The applicant shall place a copy of this order before the Family Court, Jalna on 12.9.2022 to apprise the Court of this order so that the record can be transmitted to the Family Court, Nagpur.

A copy of this order also be placed before the Family Court, Nagpur by the applicant on 19.9.2022, when she appears before the Court.

The application is accordingly allowed. No costs.
