The applicant Mr. Satish Uke has filed the criminal application in terms of Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure ('Code') seeking to quash First Information Report ('FIR). Since the applicant is in Jail, he has filed two applications one for seeking permission to argue the matter personally and another for seeking to conduct hearing through video conferencing.

We see, no difficulty in allowing the prayers since the applicant is in Jail. The learned APP has no objection. In view of that, both applications are allowed and stand disposed of.

Communicate this order to the applicant and the matter be fixed formally on 05.04.2023.
