ATE : JULY 25 , 2024 It is informed by Mr.Arun Patil, learned Counsel for the respondent No.1, that family pension shall be released to the petitioner expeditiously and in any case by 15/08/2024. As far as arrears are concerned, we are informed that entire arrears shall be released in favour of the petitioner by 15/09/2024. The communication dated 12/07/2024 to that effect is made with the Competent Authority, which is placed on record. 2) In view of above, nothing remains to be considered as we are accepting the aforesaid statements made by Mr.Arun Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.1. 3) The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
