Heard Shri Anil Dhawas, learned counsel for the applicant.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, when the Court was about to dismiss the application Shri Anil Dhawas, learned counsel submitted that permission be given him to withdraw the application with liberty to file application for discharge.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Since learned counsel is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detail reasons for its dismissal. In case applicant moves an application for discharge, the learned Judge shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
