The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of Scrutiny Committee seeks time of six months more to adjudicate caste claim. Petitioner vide Civil Application No. 1216/17 points out that on 19.11.2009 validity is given to father and thereafter on 30.9.2011 real sister Kajal has been given validity. We direct Scrutiny Committee to consider these validities and decide the caste claim at the earliest and in any case within two months from today.
