The appellant - State of Maharashtra has applied for grant of leave to file Criminal Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 18th December, 2014, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha, in Sessions Trial No. 199 of 2013, for conviction and sentence of respondents-accused for offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, instead of offence punishable under Section 304 Part-I, Indian Penal Code.
