Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Tajwar Khan waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 10 and 11. 3.

Since the learned Advocate for the petitioners restricts their claim regarding direction to respondent Nos. 10 and 11 to decide their application dated 14/12/2023 as early as possible. That being so, there is no necessity to issue notice to the rest of the respondents.

Considering the pendency of the application with respondent No.10 since 14/12/2023, seeking the relief to correct the measurement of land Survey No.146/2-A, i.e. Gat No.313; learned counsel for the petitioners urged to direct the respondent Nos. 10 and 11 to take the steps at the earliest to resolve the issue.

In response, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that respondents Nos. 10 and 11 are ready to do the needful as soon as possible.

In view of the same, we partly allow the petition. Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 are directed to consider and decide the application dated 14/12/2023 filed by the petitioners within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
