There is delay of 32 days for filing of second appeal. The applicant has explained that on improper legal advise earlier a writ petition was filed which came to be disposed of as not maintainable vide order dated 04.12.2024. In that view of the matter, there is delay of 32 days in filing of the appeal. Delay is bonafide and is properly explained. Civil application is therefore, allowed. Delay of 32 days caused in filing second appeal (st) No.5520/2025 is condoned.
