By the present application, the applicant is challenging order passed by learned Sessions Judge at Bhandara dated 19.1.2016 below Exhibit 5 in Criminal Revision No.31 of 2015 whereby learned Sessions Judge at Bhandara rejected the application filed on behalf of the present applicant for staying of the proceedings before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Bahandara.
