Shri H.V. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition a long term wage settlement dated 12.01.2022 has been entered into between the petitioner and the respondent no.2 which is a representative Union. The settlement dated 12.01.2022 has been signed in the Conciliation Proceedings. It is submitted that the prayers as made in the writ petition would not now survive. We have perused the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner alongwith copy of settlement dated 12.01.2022. In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as having served its purpose. No costs.
