Heard learned Counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company, who has filed the Pursis No.6/2025 along with the copy of communication through e-mail by the concerned Insurance Company. 2.

The communication and the Pursis indicate that the appellant/Insurance Company intends to withdraw the present appeal.

In view of the same, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The Court fees as well as the statutory amount deposited by the Insurance Company be refunded to it as per the Rules.

5.

The respondent nos.1 to 5/Claimants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount of compensation along with the accrued interest thereon till date as per the apportionment done by the learned Tribunal.
