The grievance of the petitioners in the instant Contempt Petition is that the order dated 28/03/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 316/2017 has not been complied with. The present petitioners are the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 in the said Writ Petition.

Earlier, some of the petitioners in the aforesaid Writ Petition have seperately challenged the non-compliance of the aforesaid order by way of Contempt Petition bearing No. 345/2019, which petition came to be disposed of by this Court on 05/02/2021. We are of the opinion that the same

915CP 52.2021 order is applicable in this petition also. It is ordered accordingly.
