A limited prayer is made in this petition to direct the respondent no. 2 to grant compensation to the petitioners for the acquired house property as per ready reckoner rate for the year 2020-2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the notice issued by them dated 29/05/2023. Since the issue in the notice is still not decided by the respondent authorities, we direct the respondent authorities to decide the issue raised in the notice dated 29/05/2023 (pg.34) in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. 4.
