07/06/ Present application is filed by the crossobjector for condoning of delay of 2299 in preferring cross-objection. The learned Counsel for applicant agreed that he will not claim any interest for the delayed period and the amount of compensation. 2.

In view of this submission, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to condone the delay. Accordingly, application is allowed. However it is made clear that the applicant/cross-objector is not entitled for any interest on the amount of compensation for delayed period.
