This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 138 caused in challenging the order of conviction dated 25.08.2022. The maximum sentence awarded by the Trial Court is to undergo imprisonment for life. The applicant is in Jail from 2019 till date. According to us, the applicant's stay in Jail is sufficient reason to condone the delay.
