This Petition is filed in respect of Notification dated 30 June 2009 issued by the State as regards election to Panchayat Samiti. As regards a specific prayer, it was in respect of reservation in Sadak Arjuni block. The cause of action that arose for filing this Petition was the election of the year 2010.

Rule was issued in this Petition on 9 June 2010. No interim relief was granted. The elections for which the present Petition was filed must have been over. Further various legal Kirtak
