Accepting the reasons stated in the miscellaneous civil application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 05-12-2014 is set aside and the writ petition against the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 is restored, however, on condition that the applicant/ petitioner deposits Rs.1,500/- with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur and produces the receipt on the record till 04-09-2015.

The miscellaneous civil application is allowed. Writ Petition No.4150 of 2014.

If the receipt showing the deposit of costs is
