"Heard Shri R.D. Dhande, the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

In spite of service of notice on the respondent, there is no appearance on his behalf. The contentions of the petitioner in the company petition are not controverted.

ADMIT.

The Office Liquidator attached to the office of this Court shall take charge of the properties of the respondent-Company."
