This application is filed by the applicant/appellant - Subhash Jagannath Reche seeking leave to file appeal to challenge the judgment passed by the Sessions Court acquitting the accused - Vijay Takore and Vinod Takore of the charge of commission of the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As the appeal is under Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, prayer for grant of leave
to file appeal is not necessary.
