This is an application for condonation of 29 days delay caused in filing appeal against impugned judgment and award dated 11.11.2022 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati. The reasons have been stated in the application. The respondents have not filed the reply. The appellant has deposited the decreetal amount. The reasons stated in the application in my view are sufficient to condone the delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
