Concededly, final order in Misc. Criminal Application 23/2016, is not complied with in entirety. 3.

Misc. Criminal Application 23/2016 was preferred for execution of the order passed by the learned Magistrate in Misc. Criminal Application 82/2014 granting monthly maintenance of Rs. 1,500/-, to the wife. 4.

The order impugned passed below Exhibit-19 rejects the request of the husband to be released from imprisonment, since Rs. 13,000/- are already deposited. 5.

It is not in dispute that on the date of order impugned at least Rs. 19,000/- were in arrears.

In this view of the matter, there is no infirmity whatsoever in the order impugned. The petitioner-husband will have to pay the entire arrears and comply with the order of the learned Magistrate passed in Misc. Criminal Application 82/2014.

Criminal writ petition is sans substance and is rejected.
