The learned Counsel Mr. U.J. Deshpande states, on instructions, that the applicant shall substantiate the contentions in the trial and that he is not pressing the challenge to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, who rejected the discharge application.

In this view of the matter, leaving open all the contentions, to be decided by the trial Court after the evidence is adduced, this revision application is disposed of as withdrawn.
