The present petition has been filed for seeking a mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to initiate enquiry against the respondent no.2 for dereliction of duties. The dispute appears to be purely of a civil nature over the possession of a land belonging to one devotional sect. We do not find that any case is made out for interference in the present petition. The petition is without substance and as such, dismissed.
