For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the legal representatives of respondent No.1 details of whom are stated in paragraph 5 of the application are permitted to be brought on record. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week. The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has instructions and waives notice on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1. He appears to have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of said legal representatives.
