Perused the letter dated 30.07.2025 forwarded by the learned Presiding Officer of the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cumLabour Court, Nagpur for extension of time to decide the appeal preferred by the appellant-Great Sherlock Ex-Servicement's Facility & Security Management Services Pvt. Ltd.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 points out that the appeal preferred by the petitioner is already dismissed in default on 11.08.2025. True copy of the order dated 11.08.2025 is placed on record.
