There is a statement of Varsha who seen applicant and Sunil taking away the deceased from the house and thereafter his dead body was found. In the present matter, the trial can be expedited instead of allowing the relief of bail to the applicant.

(i) Criminal Application (BA) No.193/2015 is rejected.

(ii) The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
