Perused contents of the application. In view of the report of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 26.02.2019, the amount of Rs.4,88,729/- is the amount presently in deposit with interest. That amount shall be distributed equally amongst the claimants. The balance amount of Rs.1,61,271/- be deposited by the appellant within a period of six weeks and on such deposit, that amount shall also be paid equally to the claimants.
